The War Room: Capstone Simulation

Every section before this one built one piece of the migration in isolation and handed you an artifact: a workload inventory, a TCO calculator, a reconciliation stack, an ABAC tag taxonomy, a go/no-go decision matrix, a rehearsed rollback. This section doesn’t introduce a new technique – it puts you in the room where all of them get used at once, under a clock, on a system where a $50M revenue line is the thing that breaks if you get it wrong. That’s the actual job: not building any one piece perfectly, but making a defensible call when the pieces disagree and the steering committee is waiting on an answer.

The scenario runs across five lectures as one continuous simulation – the system profile, the matrix you walk in with, a live variance that has to get resolved inside the window, a rollback decision under pressure, and the capstone deliverable that closes out the course.
